Media Settings

The Media tab shows the on-device storage status and provides tools to manage the SD card and trigger media synchronisation.

Storage Status

Two storage sources are displayed:

Storage	Description
SD Card	Removable media inserted in the aircraft. State is one of `NORMAL`, `INSERTED`, `REMOVED`, or `ERROR`.
Internal	Aircraft internal storage.

Each card shows:

A fill bar indicating percentage used
Remaining space (MB) and total capacity (MB)
Current state label colour-coded green (OK) or red (error)

Sync Media

Enter a Flight ID (optional bucket reference) and click Sync to trigger a DOWNLOAD_ALL_MEDIA command. The button shows a loading spinner while the download command is in progress.

Format SD Card

Click Format SD Card to format the aircraft’s SD card. A confirmation dialog appears before the operation proceeds. Formatting is irreversible.

Formatting the SD card permanently erases all media stored on it. Ensure any important footage has been downloaded before proceeding.

Storage data is sourced from live telemetry. If the aircraft is offline the stored values from the last known connection are shown.
